All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for The Unstoppable Business Summit 2026 are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We encourage You to review the event details, ticket tier descriptions, and summit schedule carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind or schedule conflicts

• Inability to attend on the day of the event

• Technical difficulties on the attendee's end including internet connectivity issues or device compatibility

• Failure to submit group attendee information by the required deadline

• Dissatisfaction with any individual session, speaker, or content

• Failure to access or use the virtual platform

• Personal or professional circumstances that prevent attendance

 

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Unstoppable Latina LLC.

If You would like to transfer Your ticket to another attendee You must submit a written request to hello@unstoppablelatina.com no later than 72 hours before the event on October 1, 2026. Transfer requests submitted after this deadline will not be honored.

Approved transfers are a one-time accommodation and are subject to Our team's availability to process the request. We cannot guarantee that all transfer requests will be approved.

Group Tickets

Group ticket purchases are non-refundable. If Your group size decreases after purchase the difference in tickets will not be refunded.

Group ticket holders are required to submit attendee details for all members of their group within 5 business days of purchase and no later than 72 hours before the event. Failure to submit attendee information by the deadline may result in loss of platform access for unregistered group members. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Student Discount Tickets

Student discount tickets are non-refundable. Student discount tickets are issued upon verification of a valid school email address and are non-transferable.

Gifted Tickets

​

Gifted ticket purchases are non-refundable. If the intended recipient is unable to attend the event the gifted ticket may be transferred to another individual subject to the transfer policy outlined above.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

​

Summit Cancellation
In the unlikely event that The Unstoppable Business Summit 2026 is cancelled in its entirety by Unstoppable Latina LLC due to circumstances within Our control, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at the Company's discretion. We will notify all ticket holders via email as soon as possible.

Summit Postponement

If the summit is postponed due to circumstances within Our control Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If You are unable to attend the rescheduled date You may request a credit toward a future Unstoppable Latina LLC event. Refunds will not be issued for postponements.

Force Majeure

Unstoppable Latina LLC shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, or modification of the summit caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, platform outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases refunds are not guaranteed and credits toward future events will be offered where possible.

Speaker or Session Changes

​

Unstoppable Latina LLC reserves the right to modify the summit schedule, substitute speakers, or adjust session content at any time without notice. Changes to the speaker lineup or session schedule do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks

​

If You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with Your bank or credit card provider in connection with a ticket purchase that does not qualify for a refund under this policy We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of Your agreement to these terms at the time of purchase. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.
